- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The experience was great at first when I went in to do my taxes, They we're very nice. The older gentleman named Jim did my tax return for 2013 which I let them do the first day you could file January 30th. Everything was fine until I got a phone call 5 days, February 4th, later explaining there system crashed so they have new software so they need to redo my tax return okay I didn't panic. Then I get another phone call on the 7th saying that there was a mistake made so they had to re-run it again. By this time I'm not a happy camper. On the Valentines Day the 14th they called and said that they had to re-run it once more and it was processing with the IRS as we speak. Now time to play the waiting game. Well everyone its the 21st and I still haven't got my taxes and I'm a single mom of 2 that needs her taxes before the end of the month to get a dependable car and move but because of them I probably won't receive it on time so I am very displeased with their service and I only went to them because I had heard such good things about them from a friend but I won't make that same mistake next year...By Chanay Bragg, October 22, 2016
